Warranty claims must be made directly to Evecase Customer Service. When submitting a warranty claim, we will require you that (i) Complete the Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) request by completing the form below. If your RMA request is approved, we will send you your RMA number by Email. (ii) Return your products to us for warranty coverage verification (Please clearly indicate the RMA Number on the shipping label or on the box(es) being returned, otherwise the shipment may be refused)

 

Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period, dated from the original date of purchase

 

You are responsible for shipping costs to Evecase. We are not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Evecase. We recommend that you ship your returned Products to Evecase via a trackable shipment method.
